The Massachusetts LGBT Business Network’s mission is to provide the LGBTQ+ community with seminars, workshops, panels, classes, and other innovative solutions centered around business education. The goal of these programs is to equip LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs with knowledge and skills to strengthen their businesses, which in turn bolsters the LGBTQ+ economy and combats the financial disparities between the LGBTQ+ community and the general population. This disparity is partially a result of the discrimination that LGBTQ+ folk experience in the workplace and in entrepreneurial spaces, and the Massachusetts LGBT Business Network aims to counteract those forces. The Network’s curriculum is developed in partnership with university partners and other educational resources and outlets.

The Massachusetts LGBT Business Network also expands further into education to promote LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace, and to help LGBT-certified businesses represent themselves effectively in the marketplace.
